Returns

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Products returned without original tags or in used condition may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Gift cards, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to customer preference (such as size, color, or change of mind), return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product meets the eligibility criteria.
